Weeding

Over the weekend we carved out a little time for greenhouse maintenance . If we can get the weeds while they're young it saves a huge amount of labor later on. Last spring we bought a set of the Eliot Coleman's Collinear Hoes from Johnny's Select Seed. They are a god send! So light weight and easy to use, they make weeding an enjoyable experience. In addition to the hand hoes we also picked up a Glaser Wheel Hoe. Nothing beats it for paths and areas with more established weeds. Jasper loves using it too!
