Pheew, what a week!
I won’t go into the gory details but I will confess…. I’m glad to be moving on.
In the middle of the madness that has consumed the past few days, Chris surprised my with a huge bundle of Anemones from the greenhouse. They are just starting to come into their own. The colors, the textures, absolutely …A M A Z I N G! What a treat!
While I do believe Anemones have already made it to the favorites list, after just two mini harvests, I have so little info the share on them (except that they have a great vase life and are freaking beautiful!) I thought a whole batch of pretty photos might adequately communicate my love for these new found treasures. I’ll certainly share more info , just as soon as I’ve had a bit of time to get to know them better.
Swooning over those saturated, Venetian colours set off by the black centres...

ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
ReplyDeleteBelinda always makes me feels so inarticulate with her lovely observations, but I still feel compelled to add my comparatively weak sauce two cents: just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWe love you don't we? I'm so happy when I
ReplyDeletecome to visit and see how many friends have already been by gushing all over the flowers.
